Overview
The challenge behind creating the Spectocular brand was to develop an entity that would appeal to 'local hipsters' who want designer frames at affordable prices, while being catchy enough to translate online in an increasingly busy market place.
As well as the distinctively retro branding which we promoted through postcard drops and local press advertising, we supplied interior and storefront ideas which were heavilly influenced by the television series 'Mad Men' which we believe has done a great deal in advancing the notion that spectacles = cool :-)
