We designed and oversaw the production of the album Skyscrappers for talented Donegal folk / indie / blues minstrel Finbarr Doherty ... he'll haunt us for categorising him like this ;-)
The 10 tracker was printed and packaged in a simple untreated / recycled "stud pack" to compliment the honest, confessional feel we detected in the songs. We utilised the artwork of Finbarr's 2 daughters Lucia and Anais again to underpin the simple honesty of the lyrics.
The resulting album cover was a refreshing and eye-catching example of how sometimes less can most definitely be more. Lots of white space. One colour. A simple typewriter font. An unfussy card stock.
